Every bookable tour page has a booking calendar with live availability and a secure checkout via Rezdy. Choose your date, complete the checkout and you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your tour. If you need help with your booking, email us at info@bananajoetours.com. Private tours on request (Sylt, Rome, Panama and San Francisco) are booked by email at info@bananajoetours.com.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Credit card processing fees may apply.

All prices are listed per person in US dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change until your booking has been confirmed.

Yes. A voucher is issued for each booking. The original, valid voucher must be presented to the service provider, and photo identification and a signature may be required. Tickets and vouchers are only valid for the specified date and time.

Changes to a confirmed booking are only possible if requested more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour date and are subject to availability. Tickets for special events, attractions, theater or shows cannot be modified or canceled once purchased. Additional changes may incur fees.

All tour sales are final and non-refundable. Attraction, tour, theater or show tickets are only refunded if the venue or supplier cancels. No refunds are possible once a tour has started.

No. Gratuities are not included in the tour price and are at your discretion.

No. Travel and tour insurance is recommended and can be booked separately upon request.

On our Miami & Everglades tours: yes — free hotel pick-up and drop-off is included in Miami Beach, Downtown and Brickell. The hotel must have a driveway or loading ramp. Pick-up is only available at hotels or private residences within the pick-up area. You can check the pick-up zone map. For all other destinations, please see the meeting point and pick-up details on the respective tour page.

Street pick-ups are not permitted in Miami Beach — the city issues heavy fines for stopping on the roadway. If your hotel has no driveway or loading ramp, you will automatically receive a nearby meeting point at a hotel with a safe loading ramp, always within easy walking distance. It is shown in your final confirmation.

For our Miami tours, your meeting point is Maurice A. Ferré Park, 1075 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132. If you arrive by car, you can park there or at the nearby Bayside Marketplace (regular parking fees apply, spaces are not guaranteed — please arrive a bit early). The Brightline train station is within walking distance, and several bus lines stop at Bayside Marketplace.

For our Miami & Everglades tours, your exact pick-up time and meeting point are sent by email one day before the tour. We first collect all bookings and then plan the route and pick-up points around Miami’s current traffic, events and construction. All tour information is sent exclusively by email, so please read your emails carefully. For last-minute changes we contact you by phone — for international numbers usually via WhatsApp.

The real departure can shift due to traffic, construction or events, and tours may start earlier in the day. You will always be notified in advance with the exact time. For all other destinations, the start time is shown on the respective tour page.

Please be ready at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. Tour durations are approximate and can vary due to traffic, routing or weather.

For VIP tours you can request a more personalized pick-up time — please email us with your request before completing your booking.

About 60 minutes — instead of the usual 25 minutes — at speeds of up to 49 mph (79 km/h). The airboat is covered for protection from sun and rain. It is a shared airboat tour with up to 25 passengers; a private airboat for your group is available as an upgrade.

Pick-up and drop-off in the pick-up zone, a small group in a comfortable minibus, a local expert guide, approx. 60 minutes of airboat riding, the wildlife show with the Gator Boys (Animal Planet TV), guaranteed wildlife sightings and an English-speaking airboat captain. If you wish, you can hold a baby alligator. Prices start from $77 per person.

About 5 hours with a live, onboard local guide in a small group — Miami Beach & South Beach, the islands and causeways, Downtown & Brickell, Wynwood & Midtown, Little Havana, Coconut Grove & Coral Gables and famous movie and celebrity spots. Prices start from $59 per person.

About 6 hours in a small group with a local expert guide and pick-up included in Miami Beach, Downtown & Brickell. First the Miami City Tour — the historic Art Deco District, how Miami Beach was built, Star Island, Little Havana, Downtown and much more, with photo stops and short breaks. In the late afternoon follows a 45-minute thriller speedboat ride from Bayside Marketplace with 600 horsepower: through Biscayne Bay with views of the Downtown skyline, past Star Island and the celebrity mansions, along Miami Beach & South Beach and back through the Port of Miami. After the tour, you remain at Bayside Marketplace — live music, waterfront bars, ocean-view restaurants. Start around 1:00 PM, from $125 per person.

The speedboat ride is not suitable for pregnant individuals, guests with back, neck or heart conditions, or children under 3 years old. Life jackets are mandatory.

Both tours in one day — the same tours you would get if booked separately: the 60-minute airboat ride and Gator Boys show in the morning, the Miami city tour in the afternoon. Approx. 8 hours, from $140 per person.

Our tours are designed for small groups in vans or minibuses. For cruise ship bookings, port pick-ups, large groups, or when language-specific guides are requested, larger vehicles such as motorcoaches may be used. Vehicles may differ from the images on the website.

Yes. There is a private Miami VIP tour, a private Everglades airboat tour with hotel pick-up and your own airboat, and a private Everglades airboat tour starting directly in the Everglades. For our Miami & Everglades tours: comfortable outdoor clothing, clothes suited to the weather, sunscreen — and a good mood. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks. We try to include a short break, but food and drink options cannot be guaranteed, so bring a drink and a small snack.

For our Florida tours: unpredictable weather is common in South Florida, and tours operate rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe. Tours may be altered, modified or canceled due to weather, traffic or safety concerns.

No. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles used during our tours.

Yes. Our Miami & Everglades Combo for cruise guests includes pick-up directly at your ship at the Port of Miami and drop-off back at the cruise terminal after the tour. Pick-up is around 8:00 AM, the tour takes approx. 8 hours, from $150 per person. For cruise guests we always start at the port first.

When several cruise ships — such as AIDA or Mein Schiff (TUI Cruises) — are docked at the same time, your tour may be operated in larger, comfortable vehicles instead of small vans. This is due solely to port logistics.
